Following is the curriculum as described inside the Program Guide:

"... St. Mary's County has obtained a license and membership through the International Disabled Self-Defense Association. The program has been specifically designed to provide the student with the highest degree of flexibility. Each and every technique or sequence/combination of techniques allows for a margin of modification to suit an individual's particular needs, based on their particular type of disability. This program results in numerous benefits, including physical and cognitive as well as character development. Participants can look forward to increased stamina, endurance, balance, coordination, discipline, self-confidence, concentration, awareness and the application of practical self-defense techniques..."
