Shipping Policies

  • We ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends, holidays).
  • Items paid for by 12:00 pm (PST) will ship the same day (excluding weekends, holidays).
  • Insurance can be provided at additional cost to you.
  • We provide a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number on all shipments.
  • Our shipping rates are based on total package weight.
  • We use USPS Priority Mail, USP and DHL Ground for shipping.

When to expect delivery:

Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package. We ship within 24 hrs. of receiving payment unless prior arrangements have been made, so depending upon the shipping method you choose and your location, most orders should be received within 2 - 10 days. This time frame may vary during peak shipping times (Christmas).

Please note: Orders totaling over $250.00 will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED and will have to be signed for by an adult (18 yrs. of age or older) when delivered. If your order will require a signature, we will notify you ahead of time.

International Orders: Due to the various postal size regulations in different countries, some pieces of driftwood will not be eligible for shipping via USPS mail and/or may cost more to ship than originally quoted by the shipping estimator. If your order will not meet the size limitations or will cost more to ship than estimated, we will contact you within less than 24 hours regarding the price difference and/or alternative shipping methods.

Non-Delivered Orders:

All orders are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation (USPS) and/or Tracking (DHL/UPS). In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery). We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to notify all Carriers to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

Shipping Damage:

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. All orders are packed with the utmost care. If you received a broken item, chances are it was thrown around during transit. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. If your driftwood arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours. Contact us immediately so we can contact the delivery company. All packing materials and damaged item must be kept by the customer for carrier inspection. Sometimes, before we receive an insurance reimbursement from the carrier, the carrier may contact you in order to inspect the box and the packing materials.
